By The Sea Farms, is located in Gloucester on the water across from Harker's Island, in the beautiful down east section of North Carolina. We breed classical Andalusians, Spanish Norman, and Azteca horses for the ultimate sport horse. Whether you are into dressage, driving, jumping, western, three day/eventing, or trail riding. The Andalusian or Andalusian cross is excelling as a multiple talented sport horse.

The Andalusian came to the Americas on Christopher Columbus second voyage as ordered by Queen Isabella, that all ships that were bound for the new world must carry 12 breeding pairs of Andalusians.  This is why most North and South American breeds like the American Quarter horse , Appaloosa, & Paso Fino.  Many European breeds warm-bloods, Lipizzan, Friesian, and other breeds carry the Spanish blood.

Our goal is to provide quality Andalusian horses as well as Iberian Warm-bloods that are geared for the dressage arena, not a quantity of them.  We feel that if you start with quality and add Imprinting and early ground training as well as the family touch we are able to give our horses and foals a great start at being the best that they can be for you. We are breeding Andalusians, pure Spanish and Spanish/ Portuguese. We also are breeding  Spanish Norman (Andalusian/Percheron), and Azteca (American Quarter/Andalusian).

To learn more about these beautiful talented horses please contact us.  We are looking forward to hearing from you.
